Two more people are now in custody in connection with a robbery at Heathrow Airport where over twenty individuals were injured by what is thought to be pepper spray, as stated by law enforcement.
A man, 24, was taken into custody in Lambeth for suspected robbery and assault and a woman, 23 was arrested on suspicion of conspiring to commit a robbery. They both remain in custody, authorities confirmed.
These detentions come after a probe into an assault at the multi-storey car park at Terminal 3 on Sunday. Before the incident, two women had stolen from them their luggage after getting out of a car park lift.
A toddler aged three was among the those hurt during the incident. A total of five individuals went to hospital for medical care and were later released.
Officers detained a 31-year-old man for suspected robbery and assault near the location. He was subsequently released pending further inquiries as the investigation proceeds.
Authorities were called at about 8:10 in the morning GMT following reports of several individuals hurt by an irritating chemical believed to be pepper spray.
The attack - an event that authorities stated was isolated and not being treated as terrorism - caused delays to rail services and the temporary shutdown of the Central Terminal Area tunnel and the Terminal 3 car park for a short time.
